Q: How long does it take to receive my custom order?

A: From the time we receive your measurements, our master artisan designer will take approximately 2 weeks to create your masterpiece. We then ship it out 2-day shipping free.

Q: What fabrics/materials do you use? Are they suitable for sensitive skin?

A: We give you a full suite of choices of almost any fabrics of the best in the world. We will attempt to find the finest silk in the world if you like. We will even take a highest silk thread count of a sheet and use that in your lingerie if you like!

Q: Can you accommodate special requests (e.g., asymmetry, plus sizes, mastectomy-friendly, nursing modifications, different wire types)?

A: Absolutely. We make custom lingerie just for you. Period.

Q: What is your return/exchange policy for custom items?

A: Unfortunately there is only an exchange policy as the item is custom because we would not be able to restock or resell an item we designed from scratch specifically for you.

Q: How do I care for my lingerie?

A: Dry clean only as the materials are so fine and delicate they would be ruined in normal wash.

Q: Is packaging discreet?

A: It can be if you like. We typically make a beautifully presented box and package because our lingerie is a work of art. but if you like, whatever you like.
